| Every year IELA members have the unique opportunity, even obligation to take part in the annual Standards Surveys. This business development activity allows members to rate the services that they have received that year from other IELA members. The resulting scores pinpoint successful aspects of service and areas where business could be improved. |

| Record numbers of surveys were completed in 2008 adding to the year on year ‘benchmarking’ data that members use to develop their services even further. The 2009 Standards Surveys, launched in November, are open for IELA members and voting continues until 31 January 2010 - click on the link to the right. Results are published in the March with awards given to the Best Site Agent and Best Export Agent at the annual IELA Congress, which in 2010 to celebrate our 25th jubilee, will be in Paris, France. |
