Participation Fee includes Welcome Cocktail, all Networking Sessions, Coffee & Lunch Breaks and Partnering Event Night.

Important Note: Only registered participants are allowed to attend the social events of the Partnering Event. Thank you very much for your kind understanding! 

Companies, sending delegates to the Event, must have been involved in the exhibition & event freight forwarding business since at least 12 months. A verification providing your business activity and company existence is required (website, brochure, chamber of commerce etc.) as well as at least 3 recommendations of existing IELA Members you worked with before (e.g. via email) are a compulsory part of the Event Registration for Non-Members.
