An open panel discussion so taht unanswered questions directed to organisers could be responded to, face to face. IELA was pleased to confirm the participation of the following BENELUX key players to this year's HIGH ON LOGISTICS Forum: Mrs. Cornelien Baijens (Managing Director of easyFairs in the Netherlands and Belgium) and Mr. Peter Willem Burgmans (Managing Director of MCI NL).
Message from the Chairman:
Christoph Rauch (BTG Messe-Spedition GmbH, Germany), who was elected as Chairman of IELA made the follwoing statement: "The IELA Amsterdam Congress and Partnering Event was a great success and by far the biggest networking event that ever took place in the exhibition and event logistics industry. Five Board Members were also re-elected in Amsterdam, which gives a good consistency in the Board. IELA former Chairman Robert Moore was awarded Honoarary Membership after being 3 years IELA's chairman and 10 years on the Board of Management. Particularly happy with Mariane Ewbank (Fulstandig Shows e Eventos MC Ltda, Brazil) accepting her election by Board as Vice-Chair of IELA. Ulrich Kasimir (Schenker Deutschland AG, Germany) continues in his role as Treasurer. IELA has some very exciting projects in the pipeline for the next years, such as the IELA Operations Summit, as well as the IELA Training Manual amonst others."
During the 2014 General Assembly the new IELA Committee was elected, now consisting of Bas Oversiers (Van der Helm-Hudig, The Netherlands), Bernd Keil (Gondrand ATEGE, Germany) and Markus Eichenberger (BTG Suisse AG, Switzerland).
IELA is pleased to be growing strong in numbers and quality, continuing to bring the world's major players, new comers and niche solutions providers of the Exhibition and Event logistics industry together.
