2015 IELA WINTER SEMINAR, ZURICH

The 2015 WINTER SEMINAR in Zurich took once again place from January 14th to 18th 2015! 

The IELA WINTER SEMINAR is an exclusive program dedicated to the complex issues and procedures in the exhibition handling and logistics sector of the industry. The networking opportunities alone for the participants will add valuable contacts to their professional relationship network.

31 promising employees representing 26 IELA members from 16 countries took the chance to train be trained by spacially from IELA selected trainers. In afriendly and fun classroom environment, the intense program content was taught in more than 20 hours of instruction and interaction planned for the students over a 3-day period.  The Goal was for the students to be more aware of the processes that are current and active in our industry. This included not only the nuts and bolts of our own trade but also a growing awareness of the demands of exhibitors and organizers. The students gained an increased level of professionalism and competence, which their employers will benefit from as much as the students themself. 

Last year, for the first time IELA awarded the best student of the Seminar: Daniel Harding (CEVA Showfreight, UK) who received an IELA sponsored invitation to the 30th IELA Congress in Singapore.
